These terms govern your use of the Pioneer Developer website and the services offered by Pioneer Developer. Please read them carefully.
01.Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using this website or engaging Pioneer Developer for services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or engage our services.
02.Services
Pioneer Developer provides website development, web application development, Android/mobile app development, and social media management services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are agreed in a separate project proposal or contract. These terms apply to the website and any general service relationship. Individual project agreements may contain additional terms that supplement or supersede specific provisions here.
03.Project Agreements
Work begins only after both parties have agreed on scope, timeline, and payment terms in writing (email confirmation is sufficient). Changes to project scope after agreement may affect timeline and pricing and will be discussed before implementation. Pioneer Developer reserves the right to decline any project request without providing a reason.
04.Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Pioneer Developer typically requires a deposit before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion before final deliverables are handed off, unless otherwise agreed. All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Late payments may result in work suspension.
05.Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of the project's custom code and deliverables. Pioneer Developer retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing. Third-party libraries, frameworks, and tools included in deliverables remain subject to their respective open-source licences.
06.Confidentiality
Pioneer Developer treats all client project information as confidential and will not share it with third parties without permission. Clients should not share confidential business information beyond what is necessary for the project.
07.Warranties and Limitations
Pioneer Developer provides services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as revenue targets or search ranking positions) as these depend on factors outside our control. This website and all content are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pioneer Developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
08.Revisions and Support
The number of revision rounds included is specified in each project proposal. Post-launch support is included for 30 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed. Ongoing maintenance or support beyond this period is available at a separate rate.
09.Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. In case of client termination, fees for work completed to date are due. In case of Pioneer Developer termination (for example, due to unresolvable scope disagreements or non-payment), work completed to date will be provided to the client upon settlement of outstanding fees.
10.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, disputes will be handled through appropriate legal channels.
11.Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this website or engagement of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
